Liah loves dressing up in beautiful dresses, and she is always putting on her superhero cape and "flying" around her house. Her foster mom helped her pick out the SpiderGirl costume for Halloween. Liah can't wait to go trick or treating with her siblings and create treasured memories to last a lifetime.
Liah is 4 years old and lives in AZ
Liah is a sweet little girl who is currently in foster care with one of four of her siblings. She is a happy little girl who is not shy around strangers. She loves to babble and tell stories but does not know any words yet. She loves affection and being around others.
