She was the caretaker of the younger siblings, but is learning to become a strong child with her own personality. She likes playing school with her younger siblings and would like to be a teacher when she grows up. Over the summer she created her own homework and enjoyed working on it. She takes pride in her work and is very willing to learn.
Avaa is slightly delayed in math and reading. She is ready to be on target with the rest of her class. She designs her own homework to work on her skills while at home. With the help of a laptop, she can connect with learning programs and practice her typing skills along the way.
