Francine will be so excited to have some polish that she can use at home to change her nails as often as she chooses. She loves to match her mood. This will be such a nice birthday gift.

Francine is a really special little girl who has always tried to help take care of her younger siblings. She tries hard in school even though it doesn't come easy to her. She is a very quiet and thoughtful child. People are lucky to get the chance to know her!
