Riley is in need of new school clothes for the upcoming school year. She is so excited to be able to go to the mall to pick out her own clothes. Riley normally only wears what her foster mother gives her so having her own funds to shop with will be a special treat.
Riley is 18 years old and lives in NJ
Riley is placed with one of her siblings but her other siblings are placed in a different foster home. She is having a hard time adjusting to being in care and away from her siblings.
