Cynthia is an amazing young lady who is currently a participant of a transitional housing program for foster youth as well as her four siblings. Although she has been moved around three times throughout foster care, she has been diligent with obtaining high grades throughout high school, has participated in community outreach programs such as beautification, blood drives, and care packages for the homeless and the elderly. In addition to beginning her first year of college with hopes to become a business administrator, she works part time and hopes to save through budgeting wisely in order to help her younger siblings and herself with money. Although she has not had a stable home until joining our housing program, she is always smiling and thankful for the homes she has lived in, the families who have treated her with kindness and love, and for being granted the opportunity to study and work in the US.

Cynthia is a currently an aspiring esthetician and a full-time Business Admin major. Her goal is to open up her own beauty parlor and offer a one stop shop for services so that women do not have to travel from location to location in order to get their self-care needs taken care of. She is halfway done with school and is eager to begin practicing her esthetician skills on herself and her close friends in order to strengthen her portfolio and professionalism. She would benefit from this beginner's nail kit in order to practice on real life clients prior to her esthetician examination.
