Alliance for Children's RightsRuby is a teen parent and foster youth living in an apartment with her newborn daughter and the baby’s father who is also a foster youth. She attends Community College and hopes to become a nurse one day. She is eager to lend a helping hand to those around her.
Ruby is a teen foster parent working hard to make ends meet while raising her baby. She does her best to ensure her baby meets all of her developmental goals and has everything she needs. Formula is a necessity now but Ruby has been having a hard time stocking up on it on her own while finances are so tight. The cans provided by WIC each month aren't enough for the Ruby's growing and healthy baby. Ruby would be so grateful for some extra support in ensuring her baby stays nourished and full this winter.
