Foster Parent Association of WilkesCarl is a country boy. He loves being outside in the mud and dirt, and tends to keep to himself by minding his own business. He enjoys anything that takes place outside and likes to stay around home. Watching TV is one of his favorite past times.
Carl loves to stay warm and dry, especially in the winter time where he lives. He would greatly appreciate a pair of boots to wear to school this winter that are both warm and purposeful. He will also be able to wear these outside in the snow and bad weather without a worry that his feet will get cold and wet.
