Azariah has been in foster care since birth. He was born without eyes and has significant problems that will most likely lead to delays as he gets older. He is now in a home that has the skills and expertise to care for him. When he is awake he smiles and moves his tongue around. He loves being held and listening to the sound of his foster provider's voices.
