Foster Parent Association of WilkesCarl is a country boy. He loves being outside in the mud and dirt, and tends to keep to himself by minding his own business. He enjoys anything that takes place outside and likes to stay around home. Watching TV is one of his favorite past times.
Carl wishes for a Fraction Tower Set to help him learn Fractions. This will make things easier for him to understand as he moves along in math. He has had some difficulty with math and is trying to make up some of his learning over the summer.
