Foster Parent Association of WilkesCarl is a country boy. He loves being outside in the mud and dirt, and tends to keep to himself by minding his own business. He enjoys anything that takes place outside and likes to stay around home. Watching TV is one of his favorite past times.
Carl just came into care with almost no belongings. He is use to wearing Cowboy boots and is in great need of a new pair. His current boots are cheap and coming apart at the seams. He is having a very difficult time adjusting to foster care and this wish will help show him there are some good things in life!
