Division of Child Protection and PermanencyVienna just turned a year in September. She is doing well in her development despite being born drug exposed. Her mother has been clean for one year and a month now. She is thriving in her recover and Vienna is thriving in her development.
Vienna loves to sing to her favorite TV shows such as Barney and Sesame Street, She is learning so much and a TV with a DVD player will help her to continue to do so.
