Jasmine is an 8-year-old girl who has been in foster care for her whole life She has one older and one younger sibling. She is in the 3rd grade and loves spelling and math. She is a protector of her classmates and sees the best in everyone.

Jasmine is wishing for an electric scooter and helmet so she could race her siblings and foster parents when they go walking or at the park. She would be so happy to open a box and see it's an electric scooter.
