CASA of Monmouth CountyHaley is an excellent dancer! She loves to dress up in leotards and tutus and show off her ballerina skills! She entered foster care a little after her 5th birthday. Aside from wanting to return home to her mommy, she is as happy and sweet as can be.
Haley wants to create a set for her ballet show using craft items. She will need felt and poster board, as well as paint, glitter and ribbons.
