Brenda very rarely get to shop for herself and is looking to get a special shirt from Old Navy. I believe the gift will give Brenda a sence of independence as she has her own money and can shop for her own style.

Brenda and her twin sister have been separated in the foster care system for a few years now. The girls love it when they are able to spend time together. They love window shopping together which is something we often do together when we have our sibling visits.
