Kolbie is a bright and artistic girl who loves reading drawing and crafting. She excels in school and is part of the GATE program where she enjoys learning new things. She hopes to become a stronger reader and wants to start learning how to play the guitar or drums. Kolbe is currently placed with her three siblings in the loving care of their grandparents.
