Emily is an awesome young woman who is currently living in a foster home. She has been separated from her brother, but they are allowed visit. Emily recently transitioned into her current foster home after residing in a shelter for quite some time. She is participating in counseling to help manage her anger and outburst. She is amazing and working hard. This past Christmas, she really found a passion wrapping Christmas gifts while volunteering with a group at the mall. She also has a passion of sewing and love to sew.

Ruthie has lived in foster care since she was a small child and has moved several times during her life. Now that Ruthie lives in a more independent placement she's looking to take advantage of living in the Greater Boston area by doing learning and seeing as much as she can. Her passions include visiting with her baby niece teaching herself to play the piano and one day getting a job in animal welfare.
