Dayanae who goes by Day is a bright and beautifully funny young lady. She has spent a majority of her life in and out of care eventually entering custody of the county. Her mom leaving and seeing her on social media has been hard on her and greatly shakes her confidence. Growing up with a lot of instability makes it very hard for her to develop a sense of self but she is working on this. She is now in a home that works with her, to encourage her and knows that a Maternal figure should be a support for life and knows how important it is to look and feel your best; she is slowly starting to heal. Day hopes to remain on track and become a nurse someday and work in a NICU. She hopes to be able to nurture and support babies in new and creative ways, all while looking her best!

Destiny is a great teenager who treats everyone on her team kindly and respectfully. She is determined hardworking and funny. Destiny is focused on catching up in school working through her trauma in therapy trying new activities and building a bright future. She has formed strong bonds in her foster home and feels safe for the first time. Destiny is excited about new experiences like school dances summer camps learning to drive opening a savings account improving her reading and writing skills trying a sport and making friends with girls her age. She also wants to learn how to stand up for herself. Destiny lives with her foster mother and they get along really well. She shares that foster care has been a positive experience and she is grateful for the support she receives while the court works with her mom. Destiny enjoys makeup skincare cow print clothes shoes music spooky movies getting her nails done playing softball watching the Reds play baseball visiting Kings Island amusement park and going to the Cincinnati Zoo. She is also excited to try new restaurants like Red Lobster Outback Olive Garden and the Cheesecake Factory many for the first time.
