James aged out of foster care and immediately went to work as a dishwasher. He worked his way up and became a cook. He's incredibly responsible, hard-working and thoughtful. After being laid off, James became homeless, but with the support of a local organization, has been able to move from the homeless shelter to a new apartment, and is starting a new job. James is looking forward to returning to school, and loves dogs, birds and all kinds of animals.

He is eagerly requesting a laptop to support her academic journey as a pharmacy technician. With aspirations of becoming a licensed pharmacist to secure a better future, having access to a laptop would be instrumental in equipping her with the essential tools needed for success. This device would enable her to take effective notes during lectures, access online resources, and manage her busy schedule filled with assignments and extracurricular activities. Furthermore, owning a laptop will prepare her for her studies as she pursues her goal of becoming a pharmacy technician.
