Sarah wishes for a self-help book about family trauma to help her gain some insight and perspective on her life. This was recommended by her counselor, and she feels it will help her have some understanding, help her take some action, and give her some control in life.

Sarah loves animals, texting, and hanging out with her friends. She is a maturing young lady that cares about her future. Sarah has aged out of foster care and realizes how hard it is to make it without support from her community and team of people that wants to see her succeed. She is interested in and thinking about college for the future, but has to work and support herself currently. She wants to do well and keeping close relationships with her siblings is very important to her.
