Kade has lived the majority of his life in poverty or foster care. He and his 10-year-old brother are currently placed with their oldest brother. Their oldest brother had the same upbringing as Kade does, and he is working hard to make sure his brothers have a good life. Kade's older brother works hard to support the household and provide good meals. Kade jokes that his brother's cooking skills are limited. He laughs that dinner is mostly Hamburger Helper, which is what the food budget can afford. Kade would be so thrilled to receive a gift card to Chili's, where he and his brothers can have a nice meal!
Kade is 14 years old and lives in AZ
Kade is an intelligent young man. He has been involved with foster care since 2 years old. Kade has put his focus on his education and is taking classes in the accelerated program at his school! He enjoys science. He is a very respectable young man and always uses manners and speaks to adults with respect. Kade has grown beyond his age and is wise in areas of life that a normal middle school child would not need to be. Kade has a very bright future ahead of him despite growing up in foster care and poverty in his home.
