Demetrius is an amazing young man who is currently placed in foster care without his two younger brothers. Foster care has been tough for Demetrius because he worries about his two younger brothers, and he hopes to be reunited with his brothers one day. Demetrius loves to play sports and is a great football and basketball player. Demetrius dreams of playing in the NFL one day. He likes school and his favorite subject is math. Demetrius says he will open his own sneaker business if he does not make it to the NFL.

Demetrius is super excited about returning to school in September. He joined the football team and has been practicing all summer. Demetrius had a good summer and was able to work part-time. He has saved most of his earnings to purchase the specific school clothes he wants. A new pair of shoes would be a nice gift for Demetrius for school.
