Winter is having unsupervised weekly 3-hour visits with her Dad in an urban city and they need things to do in the community locally. Now that the weather is getting nicer they can go to the parks, take walks and do things outside. However, the area where he lives isn't the greatest and it's nice to get out of there and do something fun with Winter. There is a Chuck E Cheese nearby that they could go to if they cannot go outside.
