Winter is a baby in placement and will likely not have many memories of her biological family during her time in placement. Her resource parents are keeping a lifebook for her but would like to make it extra nice for her and use a pretty scrapbook or photo album. This lifebook will be crucial for Winter to have later on in life to look back on!

Winter is a 16-month-old child who loves to babble, draw, and be busy. Winter is constantly on the move and loves attention. Winter loves to run around and loves to know what is going on around her.
