The Kinship, Adoptive, Foster Parent Association(KAFPA) is a non-profit housed at Santa Clara County Social Services. We are a support service for families that care for our most vulnerable children who have been or are in the system. We provide clothing, food, on-going trainings and we host many activities for the children and their families throughout the year.
