Donell is in his second placement, where he is with one other foster child as well as a child of the foster parents. He is a very smart and outgoing child whose positivity and happiness are infectious to all around him. Donell is always smiling and showing off different facts he has learned or Pokémon cards he has collected. His foster mother calls him “her little helper,” as he loves to be involved and assist in anything going on. He serves as a safety patrol officer for his school and absolutely loves his role. He is always wearing his safety patrol vest even when he is not on patrol because he is so proud. He loves to play basketball and Fortnite when he gets the opportunity. He is an excellent reader and has progressed beyond his grade level in his reading abilities.
