Samuel is a very active, happy, and bubbly little boy. Samuel enjoys playing outdoors with his sister. Samuel has been in foster care since infancy but continues to grow positively. Samuel loves to sing and dance as well. He gets to spend time with his parents, who love him very much and are working hard to continue teaching him to make good choices.
